Life Cycle events
In my role as the cantor for Beth Israel Congregation, I had the opportunity to officiate at many lifecycle events including baby namings, b'rit milah, b'nai mitzvah, weddings, funerals, shiva minyanim and unveilings.
Shleimut
Beth Israel Congregation offers Shleimut, an initiative that addresses our congregation's total health.
The shleimut committee (Rabbi Goldstein, Cantor Rolnick, staff social worker and nurse) meets weekly to discuss visits and specific pastoral needs for individuals in our community.

As a member of the Shleimut committee, I visit members of our community who are in the hospital or at home. I also call members after surgery or illness to see how they are doing and to assess their needs during recovery.

Clinical Pastoral Care Education
In addition to my work with the Shleimut committee, I have also completed 400 hours of supervised pastoral care education through ACPE, the Standard for Spiritual Care & Education.
